Our mills provide unique capabilities to cover a large range of plate dimensions and meet differing prefabrication requirements. Maximum available lenghts of 36 m and widths up to 3.8 m allow the processing and delivery of giant cut-to-shape and pre-machined aircraft wing panels, while a maximum available thickness of 254 mm enables the production of wide and very heavy gauge plates - which are especially suited to spars and ribs. Sheets are typically used for fuselage panels, leading/trailing edges, control surfaces and stiffeners or frames. We produce a wide range of sheet alloys and temper qualities for specific applications. Most of these solutions can be offered bare or clad, depending on the customer's requirements. Chemical milling, Minimum Residual Stress and SPF qualities are also available.
